With six years of focused massage therapy practice, she specializes in lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and Thai massage—blending Eastern and Western techniques to support healing, relaxation, and whole-body wellness. Jessica began her professional journey as a cosmetologist and later became a cosmetology instructor, sharing her knowledge and passion with future professionals. Her transition into massage therapy was inspired by a deep love for natural healing and a desire to offer more restorative care. She previously worked at Tennessee Fitness Spa, the company that formerly operated the resort now known as The Bridges—making her return to the property a meaningful one. In addition to her bodywork, Jessica owns a small business crafting natural, handmade wellness products, which reflect her love for nature, simplicity, and sustainability.
